NSSF SHOT Business: The Right Way
Over a year ago, when I still worked at CrossRoads Shooting Sports, I agreed to contribute to an article that Richard Mann wanted to publish in NSSF SHOT Business. The objective of the article wasn’t clearly defined at the time, but Richard had given me 4 or 5 topics and asked me to write a few bullet points for each one. Richard was able to weave my bullet points together in a way could guide gun store staff to be consultants, not salesmen.
